Melbourne – 9 November 2012 – NEC Australia, a leading technology solutions and services company, today announced it has achieved Cisco® Gold Certification. To earn Gold Certification, NEC Australia met rigorous standards set forth by Cisco in networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction.

As a Cisco Gold Certified Partner, NEC Australia has met the requirements for attaining the broadest range of expertise across multiple technologies by achieving Cisco advanced specialisations in unified communications, routing and switching, security, and wireless LAN. In addition, NEC Australia has integrated Cisco Lifecycle Services into its offerings and is required to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Cisco Gold Certification provides NEC Australia with access to comprehensive sales, technical, and lifecycle services training and support available from Cisco.

Importantly, it enables enterprise and government customers that require vendors to hold Cisco Gold Partner Status to take advantage of NEC Australia’s innovative and customer-centric approach to managing multi-vendor environments, with the added confidence they will be delivered by the highest qualified technical support services.
