Oracle applications support

NEC Australia offers a large suite of managed services to help you maintain your Oracle applications at peak efficiency. The different service offerings can be integrated to a seamless single point of contact through our Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service offerings.

We provision and run ITIL and ITSM compliant Change, Incident and Problem Management. We deliver ITIL3 standard management services across the entire Oracle stack, including:

  • Oracle applications - OAS education offerings, engineered solutions, E-Business Suite etc.)
  • Support for integrated Oracle solutions, using Oracle Fusion Middleware, custom EIA development and SOA. This includes forecasting solutions, scanning and procurement, EAM (Maximo integration) and Microsoft based systems.
  • Application and enterprise database administration services. We offer everything from a simple patch and upgrade advisory service to a complete Database as a Service offering.
  • Support for customer hosted RAC implementations for E-business Suite and Peoplesoft, as well as supporting this as part of the HA component of our IaaS offering.
  • Support for OLE , Windows and non-Oracle Unix environments
  • OVM administration for multiple Oracle ERP, CRM and BI systems and support of OVM as an integrated part of the shared services platform as a service offering.
